Matt focuses his practice on commercial litigation, election law, and employment law. Matt’s employment and labor law practice includes representing individuals against their employers in matters such as discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation, whistleblower, and other worker’s rights issues. His commercial litigation practice includes representation of private companies and individuals in commercial disputes and construction law matters, including mechanics liens, contract formation, and dispute resolution.
